TxBottle Limited Lifetime Warranty

At TxBottle, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our items.

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by accidents or misuse.
• Damage from repairs or modifications made by third parties.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, discoloration, or odor.
• Cosmetic issues such as paint inconsistencies or sticker residue.

Warranty Conditions:

• Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required.
• Owala may request images or return of the defective item for evaluation.
• Warranty does not apply to items altered or repaired outside of products.
• Refunds are not issued under the warranty. Replacement of the product or its parts will be provided instead.
