At TXBottle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Eligible Returns
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be in new condition and unused.
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for eligible items in new condition.
- Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window as returns.

- All returns and exchanges are processed in-store.

Restocking Fee
- A $5 restocking fee will apply for each returned item.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
