At TXBottle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

Eligible Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be in new condition and unused.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items in new condition.
  • Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window as returns.

Return Method

  • All returns and exchanges are processed in-store.
  • Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility and instructions.

Restocking Fee

  • A $5 restocking fee will apply for each returned item.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
